Policies

Copayments and cash payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are using insurance, my biller will bill your insurance company for each session. In the event your insurance company denies coverage, you will be responsible for the total sum of fees incurred.  Please note: If you wish to use insurance for payment, please contact your insurance company prior to our first appointment to be certain of what your specific mental health benefits are.

Cancellations &
No-shows

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will be charged the full session fee for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of our scheduled time. Exceptions to this policy may be made in emergency situations.
